Instructor: Alisabeth Canole

Biography: Chef Alisabeth Canole is an honors graduate of Joliet Junior College's Culinary Arts Management program. She loves to cook, bake, and explore new and exciting cuisines. Chef Alisabeth also has a passion for teaching, and one of her favorite things is sharing her love of the culinary arts with her students. While in the kitchen, she loves to laugh, share recipes, learn, and connect with others. When she's not in the kitchen, Chef Alisabeth loves to spend her time with her family, friends, and pet cats.
