Biography: I am an experienced Science and Lifesaving educator with more than 30 years of teaching across multiple grade levels and subject areas, including junior high and high school. Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation for science and learning among students of all ages. In addition to my classroom experience, I serve as a Program Coordinator for the nonprofit Girls 4 Science, where I support initiatives that encourage young women to explore and pursue opportunities in STEM fields. My work reflects a strong belief in equitable access to high-quality science education and the importance of empowering the next generation of innovators. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially hiking and exploring coastal environments. Whether shelling along the shore or snorkeling in the ocean, I value opportunities to connect with the natural world-experiences that continually inspire my passion for science and discovery.
