Biography: I have been involved in the educational profession for over 20 years, retiring from JJC in 2017. I have developed a number of learning programs which include sewing, crochet and most recently miniature creations, such as a general store, Renaissance library and a miniature bookcase. My pleasure time is filled with reading both fiction and non-fiction, general landscaping and riding my motor scooter. I started my working career as a production welder for General Motors, Fisher body division in the second wave of women hired at this manufacturing plant. Since retiring, I have enjoyed watching my grandchildren grow and spending time with family, friends and my wonderful husband, Jim.
