 Biography: Hello! I'm Karen Ferrero, an IT professional with more than 20 years in consulting and tech. I've had the privilege of working with great companies like Netscape, Cisco, Box, and Microsoft. 

In addition to teaching AI at JJC, I provide AI advisory and consulting services. I'm deeply passionate about the power of technology and AI, particularly Generative AI, and I love sharing this knowledge as an instructor. A core value for me is accessibility, and I am a passionate advocate for people with disabilities, supporting this through various programs and mentorships.
