Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly glassblowing class where you'll create a stunning glass flower! Under the guidance of our instructor, you'll learn the techniques of glassblowing as you shape and mold molten glass into a beautiful flower. The flower will be gathered onto a short section of copper pipe, making it ready for installation in the ground as a unique outdoor art piece. This class does not introduce any air into the piece. It is commonly referred to as "solid work." Wear comfortable cotton clothing and closed-toe shoes and bring water. Safety glasses will be provided. Offered in partnership with Stained Glass Gifts LLC. Classes are located at the studio's location in Channahon, 22848 Winchester Drive.
