Course Detail: LLC.3766 - LLC 3766 Loops & Lessons: Basics of Crochet

Begin your crocheting journey in this hands-on camp! Students will learn basic crochet stitches, become familiar with crochet tools, practice reading simple patterns, and build confidence as they create a headband or "mug rug" coaster! This camp is perfect for beginners with no prior crochet experience. Ages 11-17.

Madison O'Sullivan

Biography: Hello! I'm Madison O'Sullivan, a paraprofessional and digital artist, with over 15 years' experience with digital art and illustration, as well as over 3 years' experience with crochet. I graduated from JJC with an Associates in Arts, and I currently work as a Paraprofessional, tutoring and assisting students with their classwork.

I have tried many different art mediums, including ceramics, watercolor, acrylic paint, resin, crochet, and more. I am passionate about passing on new skills to younger generations, showing them new ways to be creative and have fun!
