Course Detail: LLC.2553 - LLC 2553 Foundations of Self-Defense for Women

This course provides realistic, hands-on self-defense training focused on simple skills that actually work. You will practice techniques drawn from a military-based system designed to be adaptable and effective under stress. Alongside physical training, you will learn how awareness, mindset, and understanding predator behavior can reduce risk, as well as legal considerations surrounding self-defense today. No prior experience is required.
