Complete this 15-hour course and either  MGT 4300 or MGT 4305 to qualify and prepare for the Illinois Real Estate Broker License state examination. Apply what you've learned in the introductory course through case studies and role-playing activities. All required topics are covered, including: listing presentations, buyer representations, purchase agreements, negotiating, closing costs and antitrust. Includes textbook.
