Complete this introductory 60-hour online course, plus the 15-hour Applied Real Estate Principles course (MGT 4310), to qualify and prepare for the Illinois Real Estate Broker License state examination. All topics are covered within our online learning management system, including: license law, real property, agency, seller and buyer relationships, state and federal laws, marketing, market analysis, appraisal and contracts. NOTE: Class includes a complete, self-guided, online course, with virtual instructor support. Includes textbook. Costs not included: MGT 4310, licensing exam. Prerequisite: high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least 18 years old. A virtual orientation will be Tuesday, May 27 at 5 p.m.
