Local cheesemonger Kerry Jerred guides you through the intimidating world of artisan cheeses, from cheese selection for your cheese board to pairing with your favorite libation.
A few days prior to the start of class, you will receive an email with the ZOOM meeting link as well as a link to Padlet, a virtual real-time bulletin board, with cheese and beverage pairings. You do not need to create an account to use Padlet.
