Course Detail: BRRE - Barre
Barre classes combine elements of barre, dance, yoga, and Pilates. Exercises are high intensity and low impact. Energizing music will carry you through the burn as you tone the legs and butt as well as strengthen the core. Balance and flexibility training are included in every session. Barre classes are a great way to improve posture, tone your legs and arms, and strengthen the stabilizing muscles around your joints.
