Course Detail: PRGF - Pierogi Feast

Kick off this virtual cook class by whipping up a batch of pierogi dough from scratch. Next, Chef Laura will walk you through mixing up perfectly seasoned fillingsm including potato, cheese and caramelized onion or sweet potato. Lastly, learn how to perfect techniques for assembling and sealing pierogi that can be applied to all types of filled foods including ravioli, dumplings and tortellini!
