Course Detail: HMPB - Handmade Pasta Bolognese

Master cooking homemade Pasta Bolognese during this virtual workshop with Brooklyn, New York chef Laura Scheck! Begin by making your own pasta dough from scratch. While it rests, Chef Laura will guide you through the creation of a bubbling pot of bolognese sauce from her New York kitchen. Then learn how to roll, shape and cut your pasta into tagliatelle, rigatoni, or pappardelle. Finish with proper cooking and saucing techniques that will make your nonna proud. 

This class has something for pasta novices as well as experienced home cooks. You'll learn about the pasta shapes and and their origins, all while practicing how to make it. No special tools or equipment are needed.
