Do you have joints that ache - a knee, hip, or back? Whether you have arthritis, bursitis, or just creaky joints, this workshop is for you! Joint lubrication exercises are simple and easy to do yet produce rather remarkable results by helping to free your joints of pain. You'll also discover which nutrients are needed to help keep your joints healthy. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and come prepared to learn some exercises!
