Course Detail: YMNY - Yamas and Niyamas Yoga Series

Take a six-week journey through the first two limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, the Yamas and the Niyamas. These principles teach us how to free our lives from suffering, offering simple steps we can take each day to walk towards balance and peace. Each session will include information on a principle and participation in a yoga practice focusing on that principle. This series is great for all levels of yogis. Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks.
