Uncork the secrets of Italian cuisine as author Eric Dregni leads you through his story as an American abroad, brimming with adventures both expected and unexpected, awkward social moments, and, most importantly, very good food. It was Dregni's dream to live in the place with the best food in the world, which led him to the small Italian town of Modena, the birthplace of balsamic vinegar, Ferrari, and Luciano Pavarotti.
