Dianne Young
Dianne Young is passionate about helping young children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning, with particular expertise in early childhood mathematics and science. She holds an MA in Education with an emphasis in Math and Science for Young Children from Fresno Pacific University, a BS in Home Economics Education from the University of Tennessee Martin, and a Teaching Credential in Early Childhood Education from Fresno State. Her professional experience includes teaching preschool and elementary students in grades K, 2, 6, and 7-12, serving as an adjunct instructor at Fresno Pacific, facilitating staff development workshops, and participating in the AIMS Leadership Network. A former California Kindergarten Association board member, Dianne enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with early childhood educators. She is especially gratified when students develop confidence and discover they can accomplish more than they imagined. Her guiding belief is simple: "My teacher thought I could do it, so I did."
