Scott Smith
A child who is not engaged is a child who is not learning-a belief that has shaped Scott Smith's more than 20-year career in education. He specializes in digital media, video production, graphic design, visual presentations, and technology-empowered learning. Scott holds an MA in Educational Technology from Fresno Pacific University and a BA in Ergonomics from UC Santa Barbara. His experience includes teaching math, physical education, computer applications, broadcast journalism, filmmaking, and desktop publishing, as well as serving as a site and district administrator focused on curriculum and technology integration. He has taught in public and private schools, internationally, and as a university professor. A frequent presenter at state and national conferences, Scott has also founded the Slick Rock Student Film Festival and contributed to education publications. He currently teaches at Korea International School in Seoul, where he lives with his wife, an educator, and their two sons.
