Christopher Sexton
Cris Sexton brings 15 years of experience in education, with expertise spanning mathematics, science, teacher leadership, and professional development. He has taught chemistry, biology, physical science, algebra, geometry, precalculus, and calculus, giving him a broad perspective on teaching and learning across grade levels. Cris earned a BA in Middle School Education with concentrations in Math and Science from Northern Kentucky University and an MA in Education with an emphasis in Teacher Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands. Currently serving as Middle and High School Principal, he oversees curriculum and leads accreditation visits, valuing opportunities to learn from other schools while strengthening his own. Cris is passionate about developing educators through mentoring, professional development, and teacher leadership. He strives to help teachers become confident, research-driven leaders who positively influence students, colleagues, and school culture. A lifelong learner, Cris is committed to growth and continuous improvement in education.
