Rebecca McMillen
Dr. Rebecca McMillen is an experienced art educator, leader, and administrator with nearly 20 years of experience in higher education. Her areas of expertise include Western and non-Western art history, museum studies, creative innovation, creative leadership, and personal and career development. She holds a PhD in Art Education from the University of New England in Australia, along with master's degrees in Art Education and Art Administration and a bachelor's degree in Art History and Theory from the University of New South Wales. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Technology, Sydney. Dr. McMillen has served in teaching, administration, leadership, and mentoring roles, bringing a passion for cultivating creativity in students and educators. She believes God is the ultimate artist and that creativity is a gift through which people reflect His image. Her current research focuses on creativity and innovation, inspiring learners to develop their creative potential.
