Evie Kriegbaum
Evie Kriegbaum brings nearly 12 years of higher education experience to her work in career development, with a passion for helping students build confidence, discover meaningful career paths, and connect their strengths, values, and experiences to future opportunities. She holds an MS in Higher Education Counseling and Student Affairs from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) and a BA in Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University. Evie provides individualized career counseling on career exploration, internships and jobs, graduate school preparation, networking, and salary negotiation. She also teaches college courses focused on career development, college success, strengths, identity, and professional skills. Her student-centered programming includes the creative "Crafting Through Career Anxiety" series. Committed to inclusion, belonging, and equitable access, Evie creates supportive spaces where students from diverse backgrounds feel empowered to pursue their goals. Her experience also includes mentoring, supervision, presentations, and graphic design, marketing, communications, and event promotion.

Participants explore career interests, strengths, and pathways using structured reflection from What Color Is Your Parachute? Job-Hunter's Workbook, and What Color Is Your Parachute? For Teens, while examining how these same tools can be applied with students.
