Allan Hedberg
Dr. Allen G. Hedberg is a clinical psychologist with more than five decades of experience in psychology, mental health, behavior analysis, and behavior change. He earned his PhD in Psychology from Queen's University and his MA and BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Based in Fresno, California, Dr. Hedberg maintains a private practice while consulting with businesses, hospitals, schools, churches, and community organizations. He has authored ten books, contributed to four others, published more than 150 professional papers, and presented seminars on topics including addiction, depression, stress management, leadership, family relationships, and healthy aging. A respected professional leader, he has served in leadership roles within several psychological organizations, including the California Psychological Association. He also produces the weekly television series Doctor, Teach Me to Parent and the podcast The Psychology Report. Dr. Hedberg and his wife, Bernice, are active in their Fresno community and enjoy time with their three children and eight grandchildren.
