Constance Enns-Rempel
Connie Enns-Rempel brings extensive experience in counseling and psychotherapy to her work with educators and students. She earned an MA from Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary and a BA from Fresno Pacific University, where her professional journey has remained closely connected to supporting children, youth, families, and educators. Her experience includes preschool and early childhood teaching, serving as a school counselor with Fresno Unified Schools, developing and marketing an on-site counseling program, and providing private-practice counseling and psychotherapy in Fresno and Visalia. Drawing on these diverse experiences, Connie develops courses that help educators address the social, cultural, emotional, and behavioral needs of their students alongside academic goals. Her courses combine relevant counseling theory with practical, hands-on resources that educators can apply in real-world settings. Connie is passionate about equipping teachers, administrators, coaches, and counselors with strategies that strengthen student well-being and help young people thrive.

Address Bullying & Aggression for SEL
This course is designed to strengthen participants' awareness and response to students who are victims of violence and aggression in our schools, as well as students who respond to conflicts and difficulties with undue aggression and bullying behavior. CASEL defines Social and Emotional Learning as the 'process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and share empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.

Peer Support, Mentoring and Student Leadership
This course is designed to strengthen participant's ability to develop and implement positive peer support, student leadership and adult mentoring programs for grades K-12. While the central mandate for our schools is student learning, students learn and behave better when they feel cared for and also experience a sense of connection with those around them.

Group Counseling in Schools
This course is designed to strengthen the student's ability to develop and provide group counseling in schools for grades K-12. The course is intended for counselors, school psychologists, and educators interested in helping children and youth develop the relationships, skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed for success in school and in life. Concrete step-by-step plans for organizing and leading groups on a wide variety of topics and for all grade levels is provided.

Helping Students Cope with Grief & Loss
This course is designed for K-12 teachers, administrators, counselors, social workers, nurses, coaches, specialists and other educational professionals who seek to enhance their skills in meeting the needs of students who are coping with grief or loss. The course provides helpful, practical, information on the developmental stages and understandings of death, how to talk with students about death, and four important concepts about death for student understanding.

Peer Mediation and Conflict Resolution
Have you ever wondered the best way to resolve conflict in your classroom? This course is designed for teachers, administrators and other educational professionals from Pre-K through 14. Learn best practices and methods currently being used in conflict resolution in the classroom. Not only will you build skills to reach students, you will become a go-to for other teachers, staff and school community stakeholders.

Whole Student Education for Social Emotional Learning
Educators- teachers, administrators, counselors and coaches (K-12) -are often feeling pushed to their personal and professional limits as they strive to meet the complex demands of their roles. This course is taught by a former school counselor and current consultant to teachers, administrators, and parents as a licensed therapist.
