The Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that the employment of teachers of all levels will grow between 2016 and 2026, with almost a quarter of a million new teaching jobs opening before 2026. Unfortunately, this is due to a phenomenon called teacher burnout. Over half of U.S. teachers report that their morale is low, and more teachers than ever are leaving the profession within the first five years in the classroom.
