Janis Allen founded Performance Leadership Consulting following an 18-year business career. Her practice focuses on people, performance and culture change with measurable improvement in productivity, quality, cost and client satisfaction. She has previously worked as a plant human resource manager, corporate management trainer, performance trainer and consultant, as well as vice president of operations.
Owner of Performance Leadership Consulting since 1990, Allen helps individuals and organizations implement performance leadership skills and teams using measurement, feedback systems and reinforcement that engage every employee.
