Instructor: Joyce Bennett
Joy Bennett earned her M.S. from Florida Institute of Technology and her B.A. from Florida State University. She began working with children with disabilities in 2006 and has maintained her career in ABA at Quest Kids Orlando. Her specialty in the field is early intervention with an emphasis on verbal behavior. During her 12 years at Quest Kids, Joy has provided behavioral services in a center, in homes and out in the community to children from ages 18 months to 17 years. She recently managed a project that taught children to tolerate a variety of medical and safety procedures. As a lead analyst, Joy oversees a team of supporting and primary staff that are BCBA candidates. She provides group and individual training on the implementation of behavioral procedures. Joy is passionate about using her experience and knowledge in the field to teach and help others learn about applied behavior analysis.
