Jenny Leann Pagan became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2012 after completing the Florida Institute of Technology master's program in behavior analysis. While at FIT, she performed research for her thesis teaching language to children using Skinner's analysis of verbal behavior. She started working with children with autism spectrum disorders in homes in 2008 and has since worked in homes, schools, community, center-based programs and vocational facilities. She has experience teaching ABA to parents, behavior technicians, teachers and behavior analysts in training. She currently leads a team of behavior analysts and behavior technicians who provide ABA services to families in Seattle, Wash.
