SUBCONTRACTOR NEGOTIATION - PDP0776 Covers the intricacies of subcontractor negotiation. Includes interactive negotiations and simulations so that employees will feel comfortable in multi-sided negotiations with a variety of primes and subcontractors. Requires active participation in exercises to understand style as a negotiator. Also includes practicing powers of communication and persuasion, and experimenting with negotiation tactics and strategies.
