LEADING GLOBAL TEAMS - ICCM1000. Teaches how adequate planning and preparation to ensure future success has taken place before forming an international team. Acts as part of a series on forming and leading culturally diverse teams. Introduces a calibration tool for self-assessment, models of excellence, key concepts that affect decision-making and practical case studies to demonstrate understanding and embracing cultural differences.
