THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DECISION-MAKING - PDP0767 Teaches everyday decision-making in a supervisory role. Includes common decision-making fallacies and how to overcome them. Also introduces and explains how to apply the "D'LITE" method to more objectively evaluate a situation and improve future decisions.
