EMBRACING AND ENCOURAGING CHANGE - PDP0766 Provides a review of change management theories. Discusses why the management of change is important in the workplace. Covers the importance of the emotional side of change, its impact on the success of the change and what can be done to embrace and encourage change. Explains how to manage and sustain the change by applying the ABCs of behavior and the "fantastic four" model.
