DEVELOPING YOUR PEOPLE FOR SUCCESS AND GROWTH - PDP0765 Teaches how to apply the basic concepts of behavioral science to successfully create and use a professional development plan for employees. Applies concepts from the business case for the professional development phase to the phase of monitoring and measuring the success of the plan. Assists participants to complete one component of an action plan for the behavioral competencies taught in this course.
