COMMUNICATING WITH PURPOSE - PDP0759 Teaches participants about the impact of communication on employee performance. Includes special applications of communication skills in the workplace, how to use them most effectively to optimize performance, why feedback is the supervisor's most powerful tool, and how to deliver it most effectively by applying the basic concepts of behavioral science to understand how it works.
