INTRODUCTION TO THE EXCEPTIONAL SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE - PDP0758 Focuses on the fundamentals of being a supervisor. Includes core competencies and an overview of the Exceptional Supervisor Certificate (ESC) program. Also includes a personalized competency needs assessment to evaluate which ESC courses are of the highest priority for each participant. Shows the results of the assessment to inform participants skills that will be of most benefit to them and the courses that cover those skills.
