AUTISM AND THE LAW: KNOW YOUR RIGHTS - SCPW1009 Covers court decisions on applied behavior analysis, Autism and the scientific basis for the court decisions. Also covers existing state laws that can help children/patients secure health benefits and insurance coverage for ABA therapy. Provides a better understanding of the role of ABA providers in the legal process as potential advocates for science and medicine, as well as serving as advocates for patients.
