Discusses various approaches to clinical intervention (reducing a disturbing pattern (DP) or increasing a target pattern, self-monitoring, feedback, reward or punishment, direct contingency management). Covers what maintains a DP and how to find behavioral substitutes, or changing the function of stimuli.
