 Biography: Dr. Maria Rickling earned her Master of Accounting in Accounting (M.Acc.) and Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration: Accounting (Ph.D.) from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. 

Dr. Rickling has many years of experience in industry and in academics. She enjoys being in the classroom and conducting research on factors related to strong corporate governance and objective financial reporting.
