Zoe Messenger operates at the intersection of aviation safety, data analytics, and human performance, bringing a mission-driven approach to advancing safer aviation systems. As an Aviation Safety Coordinator, Air Safety Investigator, and Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, she translates complex safety data into actionable intelligence that informs operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

With contributions to more than 300 aviation incident investigations, Zoe brings deep expertise across Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) reporting, event analysis, and flight data monitoring. Her work is grounded in identifying systemic risk factors and implementing data-informed solutions that enhance safety outcomes across organizations.
