Vernon Lim
Biography: With over 20 years of experience, Vernon has worked in a variety of industries including airline, hospitality and retail. He has extensive knowledge in developing, launching, and managing global loyalty programs, new products and marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships and customer engagement initiatives.Starting his career at Singapore Airlines, he worked in various positions from network planning to procurement to loyalty marketing. He then held leadership positions in a diverse range of organisations comprising Millennium and Copthorne (a global hospitality group), RCI (the world's largest vacation ownership exchange platform) and CPR Vision (APAC's leading CRM, loyalty and digital agency). More recently, Vernon is the founder of a boutique consultancy specialising in helping brands build engaging, personal and profitable relationships with customers. He also teaches a wide range of subjects from aviation/airport marketing, strategic marketing, CRM and entrepreneurship. Vernon has a bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Waikato (New Zealand) and a Master of Science degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
