Course Detail: LSSG - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Overview 
Lean Six Sigma saves organizations time and money through continuous improvement. Employers therefore often pay a premium for Six Sigma trained and certified managers. This is especially true within the aviation industry. Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is a four day in-person or synchronous online workshop that teaches you the strategies and tools necessary for process improvement, and provides you with the opportunity to earn the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. 

Upon successfully completing the course of instruction, comprehensive examination and a practicum, you will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the David O'Maley College of Business, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The course fee includes supervision of your practicum during the 90-day period following the course end.

Prerequisite 

Three documented year's work experience or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from a recognized certification institute. Familiarity with Excel or Minitab is a plus.
