Coach Academy/ECU Blackboard IMC Induction Program Description

Constructive Learning Design will design and deliver six (6) days (four (4) days face-to-face and two (2) days via webinar) of professional learning focused on the foundational skills of instructional coaching:  questioning, active listening, feedback, and modeling to CTE Instructional Management Coordinators across the state.

These sessions will focus on interactive activities with a CTE Instructional Management emphasis that require participants to construct knowledge, understanding, and the development of new skills through practice, discussion, collaboration, reading, and writing.

In between the professional face-to-face learning events, Constructive Learning Design will design and facilitate two webinars giving participants the opportunity to practice coaching skills.  Webinar activities will include looking at student work, lesson tuning, looking at data, and providing observational feedback to teachers.

IMC Induction Course via ECU Blackboard
