Biography: Vicki Dougherty is the Palliative Care Coordinator for Community Care Plan of Eastern Carolina, which provides population and case management in collaboration with the local medical providers for 27 counties in Eastern NC. Vicki was previously an Adult Services Supervisor and Hospice Director, which fueled her passion for promoting goals of care discussions with individuals and groups to assist the community in understanding that not only do they have the right, but the responsibility, to guide their health care.
