As a valued vendor in the field of education, you understand the importance of teachers having access to high quality materials. Your participation in the conference would enable teachers to purchase the most current, worthwhile and relevant texts and/or materials in the field of gifted education, or shop based on their interest in personal items, such as jewelry and decor.
The purpose of the conference is to provide outreach and service regarding the needs of gifted students to over 250 educators, students, and university faculty in our state. The conference provides access to current research and professional development opportunities for folks on the eastern side of North Carolina who are often unable to attend the state conference held on the other side of the state. This year's conference theme is "A Bill of Rights for Teachers of Gifted Students" and the keynote speaker is Jeff Danielian, Teacher Resource Specialist for the National Association for Gifted Children.
Becoming a vendor can be done for a very reasonable cost. Vendors can choose to pay the $25 Vendor Registration fee, or they can bring a Door Prize worth $25 to be given away at the conference. Additionally, sponsorships of various levels are available:
Keynote Sponsorship = $750.00*
Conference Break (Refreshments) = $500.00
1/2 Page Ad in the Program = $100.00*
Checks must be received by Friday, November 4, 2016 to be included in the program.
