Course Detail: DCS027 - Training & Development Module - Training Program Evaluation

Program evaluation is complex, and serves many purposes. Evaluations are used to communicate the value and the effectiveness of the program. They are used to find and address areas in which improvement is needed, and to note areas of success. As part of continuous improvement efforts, they should be designed to give the programmer feedback on all aspects of the program. An effective evaluation summary can help the programmer, the organization, and the learner, in many ways. For those associated with the training program development and implementation processes, the job doesn't end with the completion of the program itself. Evaluation is a critical component of all successful training programs. An evaluation strategy that relates to the program objectives should be developed and implemented as part of the overall training program development process.

Modules begin the 6th of every month. An email from the Continuing Professional Education Office with login instructions will be sent, you may begin the module upon receiving that email.
