Participants will learn how to garden smarter, not harder while making sure that their own health is as good as their garden's. Together we'll plant the seeds of sun, heat, hearing, vision, pest and pesticide safety. We'll sprinkle in wisdom about how to choose just the right personal protective equipment (PPE) and learn how adaptive tools can take the stress off your hands, knees and back.
