The College STAR Virtual Workshop Series: Preparing students who learn differently for college success.

All Workshop Sessions will be 12:00 pm- 1:00 pm EST

The Virtual Workshop schedules are as follows:

Virtual Workshop Series

• Session 1:Oct. 26th, 2023 - Types of College Settings
• Session 2: Jan. 25th, 2024 - Habits and Behaviors of Successful College Students
• Session 3: Feb. 22nd, 2024 - Transition to College: A Student Perspective
• Session 4: Mar. 21st, 2024 - Common College Resources and Departments
• Session 5: May 9th, 2024 - Differences Between High School and College

The workshops will take place virtually via zoom with links and materials to be provided in the program/Google Classroom. All participants will receive access to the recordings of all presentations in the workshops series. Please continue to monitor your email for information regarding accessing that material.

Special Event
Join us for the Student Perspective Panel on February 22nd, 2024 as we have a panel of current students to discuss their experiences transitioning to college, building resiliency, and preparing for the professional setting Students Programs from institutions around the country will share information about their specific program, resources and support! More information to come!

Substitutions, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Conference Registration Substitutions
If you are unable to participate in the workshop and you would like to provide a substitute attendee we are able to complete a registration substitution prior to the event (1:1 substitution). We do not allow transferring partial registrations (swapping different people within one registration). Please email cpe@ecu.edu with the new participant's full name and address, registration details for the original participant and daytime phone number.

Refund Policy
Due to the affordable cost of the registration fee we are not providing a refund for cancellations; we will allow (1:1) substitutions.
