Knowledge of current fundraising techniques and skills have become absolutely essential for nonprofit professionals. The Fundraising and Development program requires 10 courses, equaling 48 contact hours of instruction. The courses are divided into three categories. Students must complete 24 hours of required courses, 12 hours of core courses and 12 hours of elective courses to meet the certificate requirements.
