Biography: Sarah Witt is a structural engineer turned gluten-free baker. A graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Cascade Culinary Institute, Sarah focuses on making gluten-free treats taste great. She has worked at various bakeries in Bend and is an instructor at the Culinary Institute. She also has a home-based business making chocolate truffles and gluten-free cookie dough. Sarah loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing tips for a healthier lifestyle.

Decadent Chocolate Delights Youth Camp
From creating a triple chocolate mousse cake, to making chocolate cake pops, to rolling chocolate truffles and making chocolate bark (and more!). This baking adventure teaches key baking techniques while working as a team, having fun, and learning the skills to bake safely and confidently at home. Your friends and family will thank you for the chocolate delights you bring home every day! This camp is taught by Cascade Culinary Institute Chef Instructor, Sarah Witt, and longtime educator and Chef Assistant, Kristi Kennedy. Ages 10-15.
