Baking: Mix, Melt and Mold with Chocolate Youth Camp

Baking meets art in this high-energy camp that features chocolate as the main star! Student chefs will whisk, melt, and decorate their way through a lineup of sweet treats. Think velvety chocolate mousse and fruit parfait, creative cupcakes, chocolate bark, tasty truffles and of course, cake pops. Along the way, students will build kitchen confidence, teamwork skills and an understanding of baking science. Ages 10-15.
