Course Description: Baking: Mix, Melt and Mold with Chocolate Youth Camp
Baking meets art in this high-energy camp that features chocolate as the main star! Student chefs will whisk, melt, and decorate their way through a lineup of sweet treats. Think velvety chocolate mousse and fruit parfait, creative cupcakes, chocolate bark, tasty truffles and of course, cake pops. Along the way, students will build kitchen confidence, teamwork skills and an understanding of baking science.
The kitchen is not gluten or peanut free. Please indicate known allergies in the checkout process when prompted. Ages 10-15.
